Safety ensured by a 360-degree safety system including rear parking sensors, and cruise control, enhancing both safety and ease of driving. The 1.5-liter turbo engine delivers 172hp and 290 Nm with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission making it a perfect SUV.

The Coolray is a stylish and highly good looking SUV from Geely. There are several top models from this Chinese brand that are making an impression in the market. The Coolray gets good specs like the 1.5L engine producing 172hp of power and 290 Nm of solid torque, making it a good daily driver. What is interesting about this SUV is the features list, be it comfort, safety, convenience or entertainment, the Coolray stands out, given the price range starting from SAR 75K. A good option indeed in the compact SUV segment.

I never before thought I would buy a Chinese car, but frankly, the new age models have changed the perception about the Chinese brands. The Coolray is definitely a promising car, and after doing my extensive research I have no doubt I bought the best car in the segment, undoubtedly at a very very awesome price. It has got good looks, nice interior, comfort and safety along with the 1.5L ,172 hp engine that is excellent to drive. All of this under SAR 75K is just unbelievable.

The first thing I liked about the Geely Coolray is its sporty and stylish look. It's a compact crossover SUV. The Coolray also features a front-wheel-drive layout, with a well-tuned suspension that ensures a comfortable ride and decent handling, even on rougher roads. Geely Coolray has all necessary and advanced features. Safety is the priority for me in that area, I will give a 5-star to Geely Coolray. It has 6 airbags and a 360-degree view camera. WIth a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine and enough boot space for a small family. I am happy with the mileage and smooth performance. I like road trips, now it's my companion that I can rely on.

Increasing or extending the front grille all the way down to the bumper is really not cool, it is like someone is trying to cover something of smuggling or Geely is trying to cover a mummy down there with band-aids. So overall the red single line around the whole cars gives aesthetic looks but rest assured everything about the Geely Coolray is boring and hardly surviving the day on these few little things. Although it can seat good amount of people with good enough seating, knee, and leg room space. The boot storage is enough for all as it is quite practical.

I recently noticed a Lavender color Coolray on the road in Riyadh, and the color looked beautiful, and instantly liked the car. Not just the color but I think the design and overall exterior appeared quite modern, unlike a Chinese vehicle. I’d like to explore the car and check in the flesh, take a test driver to see how it drives, and also the overall performance of the SUV. However, my first impression has been positive for sure, but I’m not sure about the price point it starts at.

People having been very negative or giving out too quick feedback regarding the Geely and I think that would be a huge mistake because Coolray looks kind of way ahead of its time because of its styling, design, pattern, and classic unbeatable futuristic features and that too at an affordable price. I mean those who are judging have some personal grudges against Chinese otherwise no one can deny the epicenes of Geely Coolray. But yes, there are few things which makes no sense to me like for example few grilles are open and few closed, and similar things like that.

I would give full marks for efforts to Geely for introducing Coolray, and I would give 95marks for the designing and making it look quite appalling and futuristic but I do not think so I trust Geely or the Chinese brands for that matter. But there are so many things which just simple does not make sense to me, I mean why would Geely introduce such a classic SUV with affordable prices, having too many orange line in the front which is not even making it look attractive. Also, the fake vents for what, I mean few things are hilarious.

This is my first time ever hearing about Geely brand and for everyone’s clarity it is a Chinese brand who has recently launched a compact SUV segment car named as Coolray. I am very confused whether it is for sure the real name that Chinese would like to give. Plus, their logo looks funny to me. I am sure it has good features and everything and the design is also quite unique, as we do not usually see it, but I think I will pass on the buying for Geely Coolray. It somehow feels like Chinese are still trying to make it appear cool.
