• October 2026: The 2026 Ford Explorer ST is currently offered in Saudi Arabia with a 385 hp 3.0-litre EcoBoost V6 and 563 Nm. It adds paddle shifters, quad exhaust, red brake calipers and 21-inch wheels, though the distributor does not list an ST price.
• June 15, 2026: Ford has reportedly added a Sinister appearance package for the 2027 Explorer ST in the US, with 21-inch gloss black wheels and amber LED daytime lights. Performance is unchanged. Saudi availability has not been confirmed.
• March 6, 2026: Ford has reportedly recalled 2020 to 2024 Explorer models, a range that covers the ST, over a fault that can flip the centre screen image. A Saudi recall notice has not been confirmed, so ST owners should check their VIN with an authorised dealer.

• Sigh-performance, sporty SUV

  The Explorer ST is another strong and likeable model by Ford in the KSA market. It has a sporty and aerodynamic design, focussed by the bold mesh grille exclusive to the ST trim. It comes with attractive 21-inch magnetite-painted aluminum wheels that boost the aggressive appeal of the SUV. The quad exhaust outlets at the rear give it a unique look and make quite an exciting sound. The newly designed LED taillamps and a sleek lightbar further enhance the appeal of this SUV. Overall quite well packed by Ford.
