  • March 23, 2026: Skoda gave the Elroq a model-year update with an LFP battery for the Elroq 60, vehicle-to-load power, a 21-litre front storage space and Travel Assist 3.0. The Elroq is not yet sold in Saudi Arabia.
  • November 19, 2025: The Skoda Elroq earned a five-star Euro NCAP rating, scoring 90 percent for adult occupant protection and 87 percent for child occupant protection. The result covers European models, as no Saudi launch is confirmed.
  • November 18, 2025: Skoda entered Saudi Arabia through SAMACO Motors with petrol models only, so the electric Elroq is not officially offered in the Kingdom. Saudi pricing, range figures and launch timing have not been announced.

  • The Average look

    This Skoda all-electric SUV is coming to the Saudi market soon, and from what I have seen so far, the Elroq is an all-new platform and promises a lot. A range of over 350-550 km in different battery sizes, good power and pickup for daily driving, and plenty of features that would entice buyers of this segment. However, to be honest, Skoda could have done better in terms of the design, look to enhance the overall appeal of the Elroq, because I don’t see anything attractive. The way new EVs are coming, this looks pretty average.
