Behold The Toyota Land Cruiser 10th Victory Edition!

SAUDI ARABIA : To commemorate its ten consecutive victories in the Dakar Rally's production car category, Toyota has launched a special edition of the Land Cruiser J300 in the United Arab Emirates. This new variant, known as the Land Cruiser 10th Victory Edition, is set apart by its distinctive dark accents, 18-inch alloy wheels, and rally-themed stickers. It comes exclusively with a V6 petrol engine.The 10th Victory Edition is an enhancement of the existing Land Cruiser 300 Black Edition available in the UAE. It retains features like the black-finished grille, skid plate, and mud flaps, while adding unique black and grey decals that extend along the sides and rear bumper, symbolizing the Land Cruiser's rich motorsports heritage. Moreover, it is equipped with black 18-inch alloy wheels fitted with 285/60 R18 tires and red-finished front recovery points.

Some critics might contend that the 10th Victory Edition would have been better based on the Land Cruiser GR Sport, which boasts a more robust body kit and advanced suspension system. This is especially relevant since the GR Sport variant played a significant role in Toyota's recent Dakar Rally victories. Nonetheless, this special edition is derived from the entry-level model.

Toyota's ten victories were secured in the production car category, not the overall standings, with triumphs in the 2019, 2022, and 2023 Dakar Rally editions, using specially-prepared Toyota Hilux pickups. Unlike the diesel-powered Land Cruiser GR Sport used in the Dakar Rally, the 10th Victory Edition is powered by a turbocharged 3.5-litre V6 engine that produces 403 bhp, coupled with a 10-speed automatic transmission and Toyota’s 4WD system.Inside, the 10th Victory Edition maintains familiar features such as a 9-inch infotainment display, tri-zone climate control, wood grain accents, fabric seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

The Toyota Land Cruiser 10th Victory Edition is priced at AED 319,900 in the UAE, matching the cost of the Black Edition trim and remaining more affordable than the GR Sport variant, which is priced at AED 412,900.
