Saudi Arabia: The ZEEKR 001 is a premium all-electric shooting brake available in Saudi Arabia. It delivers a combination of a long-range electric powertrain with a spacious interior, advanced technology, and performance-focused features. The 001 starts at a price of SAR 265,500 and comes in three versions: Long Range RWD, Performance AWD, and Privilege AWD. Depending on the version, the ZEEKR 001 offers up to 620 km of WLTP range, while the Performance and Privilege AWD versions can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.

ZEEKR 001 Performance and Range

The ZEEKR 001 uses a 100 kWh battery and a high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system. The Long Range RWD uses a single motor and rear-wheel drive, while both Performance AWD and Privilege AWD versions use dual motors and all-wheel drive. The Long Range RWD uses a single motor and rear-wheel drive and produces 200 kW. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.2 seconds. It has a claimed 620-km WLTP range. The Performance AWD and Privilege AWD versions both use dual motors, produce 400 kW, and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. Both have a 580-km WLTP range.

Exterior Design and Features

ZEEKR 001 exterior combines organic and geometric design elements. One of its standout features is the intelligent matrix LED projection headlight system. It uses ADB adaptive high beam technology with 64 independently controlled LEDs that adjust the high-beam matrix. The rear features 1.47-metre integrated full-width tail lights, while the body has a claimed 0.23 Cd drag coefficient. The 001 also comes with four frameless soft-close doors. Depending on the version, the model can be equipped with 22-inch multi-spoke forged sports rims. ZEEKR says the lightweight design reduces weight by 20% and doubles strength, helping provide more precise steering and stable control.

The infotainment system uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chips, supported by 16GB of memory and 128GB of storage. The standard head-up display provides key driving information while keeping the driver's attention on the road. The ZEEKR intelligent voice assistant can be used to control functions such as music, navigation and temperature through voice commands.

ZEEKR 001 Trim Differences

All three ZEEKR 001 versions share the same basic electric platform but differ in powertrain, wheels and selected comfort features. The Long Range RWD uses a single motor, rear-wheel drive and 21-inch alloy wheels. It does not feature active air suspension, while its Yamaha system has eight speakers. The Performance AWD adds dual motors, all-wheel drive, and 22-inch alloy wheels. It retains conventional suspension and eight-speaker Yamaha audio according to the trim table. The range-topping Privilege AWD also uses dual motors and 22-inch wheels, but adds active air suspension, a 12-speaker Yamaha system with subwoofer and ventilated front seats with massage.
