Nissan Rolls Out Next-Gen Connected Services Across Patrol Lineup in the Middle East

Saudi Arabia : Nissan has just introduced advanced digital connectivity across its Patrol lineup. It gives owners a smarter, more connected driving and ownership experience.

• MyNissan app debuts new Ownership feature in the Middle East.

Nissan has announced the launch of its next-generation Connected Car Services 2.0 (CCS 2.0) across the full Patrol range in the Middle East, including the all-new Patrol PRO-4X and the exclusive Patrol NISMO. 

The update represents a key step in the brand’s aim to blend smart technology with customer-first services, providing owners with new tools for convenience, safety, and digital connection.

MyNissan App and Ownership Experience

At the centre of this rollout is the MyNissan app, now offering a global-first Ownership feature, with its debut in the Middle East. The feature delivers four key services designed to simplify daily interaction between customers and Nissan:

• Book a service appointment.
• Schedule a test drive.
• Locate a nearby Nissan dealer.
• Explore local attractions.

This addition reflects Nissan’s focus on building relationships that start well before the engine is turned on, making ownership smoother and more accessible.

Connected Car Services 2.0 Functions

Through CCS 2.0, Patrol owners can now access a wide range of remote features. These include:

• Remote door locking and unlocking.
• Starting the engine and pre-setting the cabin temperature.
• Monitoring the status of doors, windows, and trunk.
• Live vehicle health diagnostics for battery, oil pressure, tires, and airbags.

This digital suite allows drivers to stay updated on the condition of their vehicle while ensuring peace of mind on the road.

Cabin Connectivity and Infotainment

The Patrol is also the first Nissan in the region to feature Google built-in. Drivers gain direct access to Google Maps, Google Assistant, and Google Play through a 28.6-inch Monolith display.

The built-in internet connection ensures continuous updates and reliable access to online services. In addition, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration provide seamless smartphone connectivity, allowing users to personalise their digital experience on the move.

Market Rollout and Availability

The enhanced connected services are now live across all Patrol models in the UAE and KSA. Nissan has confirmed that more models and additional countries in the region will follow soon as part of its wider digital strategy.

The full Patrol line-up, including the recently launched Patrol PRO-4X and the Middle East-exclusive Patrol NISMO, is currently available through Nissan’s dealer network across the region. With these digital updates, Nissan is reinforcing its commitment to offering a customer-focused mobility ecosystem that evolves with modern driving needs.
