New Audi Q3 First Teaser Out – Global Debut on June 16

SAUDI ARABIA : The Audi Q3 has been a popular choice in the premium small SUV market for more than a decade.

Audi has teased the next-generation Q3 SUV ahead of its global debut. The German automaker has confirmed that the third-generation Q3 will be revealed worldwide on June 16, 2025. This new version will build on the brand’s popular model and is expected to include major upgrades compared to the previous one. 

The current model has been available internationally since 2018. The name Q3 has been around since 2011 and has been a strong seller for Audi ever since.

Exterior Styling

Audi has dropped two pictures that provide a sneak peek of the exteriors. The new generation is set to look quite different from before. Expect a fresh front design with pixel-style LED headlights and a redesigned grille. These updates align with Audi’s latest style, making the car look sharper and more modern. 

The rear will also have new, more defined taillights and updated alloy wheels. Overall, the latest changes give a more distinct and stylish look to the compact SUV.

Interior Comfort and Tech

The interior of the Q3 will see a major revamp. Audi plans to introduce important upgrades to its digital features. Expect bigger screens and a new version of the MMI infotainment system. Improvements in connectivity and driver-assist systems are also set to be part of the update. The changes aim to make the cabin more modern and user-friendly.

Engine and Performance

The current Audi Q3 is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo petrol engine. It produces 190 hp and a maximum of 320 Nm of torque. The powertrain is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. It also uses a Quattro all-wheel-drive system for better control. 

There are rumours that new options will be added soon. These may include a mild-hybrid and a plug-in hybrid, which are already available in markets like the UK.

Price and Rivals

The Audi Q3 currently starts at SAR 160,000. With the launch of the new-generation model, the price is set to go up when it hits the Saudi market. This compact SUV faces tough competition from models like the BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz GLA.
