How much is the Mazda 6’s price?

Prices for the 2024 Mazda 6 begin from AED 85,400 and go up to AED 130,500.

How many variants are there in the Mazda 6?

The Mazda 6 is available in five variants, with the base 2.5-liter S model priced at AED 85,400, while the 2.5-liter V model retails for AED 88,000. When moving up the stairs You can get the 2.5-liter V sunroof model for AED 98,250.

Which is the most value-for-money variant?

We think the mid-spec 2.5-liter V variant with a sunroof makes the most amount of sense. For under AED 100,000, you get a powerful engine as well as a good-looking sunroof. So if you are looking for the most value-for-money variant, it does not get much better than the mid-spec one.

What features does the Mazda 6 get?

Mazda's infotainment system in the Mazda 6 is designed with high-quality controls located on the center console. It offers a tactile experience similar to what you'll find in premium brands such as BMW, Audi, etc. The dash-mounted display also functions as The Eve-only touchscreen allows touch input when the vehicle is stationary.

The controls are pleasant and easy to use, though. But navigating the on-screen menus is a little trickier and easier to use than expected. The Mazda 6 comes with modern connectivity features, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, regardless of the system's special features. Starting with the Grand Touring, wireless Apple CarPlay will be offered as a standard feature, further enhancing convenience.

How spacious is it?

Step inside the Mazda 6 and you'll be greeted by an interior that exudes both style and luxury. The design includes tasteful chrome accents. High-quality soft touch material and carefully laid out controls that don't feel out of place from a luxury brand like Audi or Volvo, even though many family sedans in this segment, such as the Honda Accord and Hyundai Sonata, also have premium versions. Featuring a high-end interior, the Mazda 6 maintains its unique balance of combining style with sophistication.

What powertrain options are available?

Unlike many competitors in the midsize sedan class, the Mazda 6 doesn't have a hybrid powertrain. But there are two very responsive 2.5-liter four-cylinder engines. The base engine produces 187 horsepower, which provides a respectable balance of efficiency and performance. For those looking for more power, Mazda offers a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine that can produce up to 250 horsepower using premium fuel.

Notably, the turbo engine will gain an additional 10 pound-feet of torque for 2021, bringing the total to 320 pound-feet on premium gas. Both engine options are paired to a well-calibrated 6-speed automatic transmission. They are experts at selecting the right gear for different driving conditions. Whether downshifting aggressively for extra power or upshifting for a smooth cruise, the Mazda 6's ride is far superior to the average family sedan experience.

What’s the mileage of the Mazda 6?

You can expect a mileage of about 11 kmpl in the city on the Mazda 6. When taken out on the highway, the figure usually goes up to around 15 kmpl, but usually nothing more than that.

How safe is the Mazda 6?

The Mazda 6's commitment to safety is backed up by its impressive scores. The 2021 Mazda 6 received a 5-star crash test rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, earning a Top Safety Pick+ award from Traffic Safety. Administration (NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). In addition to these accolades, the Mazda 6 comes with a host of standard driver assistance features. To strengthen your identity

Among the advanced safety technology available, the i-Activsense suite has several key features designed to keep drivers and passengers safe on the road. This includes forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking. Standard in the segment, the car is also fitted with standard blind spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. Add another layer of awareness and protection.

How many color options are there?

The Mazda 6 is on sale in 8 color schemes: Rhodium White Metallic, Machine Grey Metallic, Soul Red Crystal Metallic, Polymetal Grey Metallic, Deep Crystal Blue Mica, Sonic Silver Metallic, Platinum Quartz Metallic, and Jet Black Mica. Of these, our favorite is the Soul Red Crystal Metallic colorway since the red adds a sporty touch to this aggressive car.

Should you buy the Mazda 6?

The Mazda 6 is a great choice in the family sedan segment. But in a rapidly evolving market it's not hard to wonder if it will still have enough charm. Although it has undergone several facelifts over the years, the car's nearly decade-old platform may seem a bit outdated to some buyers. while style convenience And ride quality remains a strong point. But engine options may leave buyers wanting more.

The naturally aspirated 2.0-liter engine doesn't have the power to compete with modern turbocharged competitors. And while the 2.5-liter turbo packs more punch, it still lacks the sophistication and sophistication expected at this level.

But it's affordable and well-rounded… For those looking for a family sedan, the Mazda 6 offers a decent package. It may not be the most complicated option on the market. But it offers the perfect combination of styles. convenience and driving enjoyment Which will suit many buyers.

What are my alternatives?

If the Mazda 6 isn't your thing, you can check out its competitors instead. For starters, you have the Toyota Camry, which is more comfortable and incredibly reliable. As we have seen over the years. Then you can also consider the Hyundai Sonata, which is known for its excellent chassis and excellent handling. And lastly, if you want a safer bet and a better family car. You might consider buying a used Ford Fusion instead.
