I think the Corolla Cross comes with almost everything you would need in this price point. Including decent mileage, safety, spacious cabin with new tech and premium interior.

Like any Toyota car, the Corolla Cross stands for its reliability, durable performance, great mileage and equally important is great comfort with a very roomy and fresh cabin with plenty of features that include best entertainment, cozy seats and super outside view makes it relaxing and extremely pleasant for long drives. The design isn’t the best but the Corolla Cross does offer superior performance with its strong and proven powertrain, quite insulated from the road noise and overall affordable and with Toyota’s incredible after sales support quite pocket-friendly to maintain and run.

It is a practical and balanced choice in the compact SUV segment for those who are looking for a mid level SUV. The car with hybrid technology produces sufficient power to go for long rides and run in city traffic. The car is fuel efficient but can be better. The interior is spacious and comes with all basic technology needed for navigation and infotainment system. The car has all the basic safety features such as adaptive cruise and lane keeping assist. The right quality can be firm sometimes and long journeys can be a little painful but overall it's a great option in the compact SUV segment.

The car being hybrid does not produce enough power in the range and may not be suitable for those who look for good performance with the hybrid technology. The infotainment system seems a little small and doesn't appeal much and also sometimes is very slow in response. Also the right quality is not that good on uneven road surfaces and hence is not a great choice for long journeys. The exterior design is quite modern but still has many scope of improvement and may not be a good choice for many people in the compact SUV market.

The new Toyota cross is a great SUV option and can occupy 5 passengers easily. The car comes with hybrid technology which gives a good amount of energy and a good fuel efficiency. The car comes with a 1.8 litre 4 cylinders engine which produces 121 horsepower along with the electric motor. The car is well tuned for urban riding and the ride quality feels quite good on different types of surfaces. The LED headlamps and the DRL look great on the exterior. Also the 17 inch alloy wheel adds a more appealing design to the exterior."

I really liked the Corolla Cross which combines the SUV and MPV characteristics. And the hybrid version just fits the bill for daily city drives. The 1.8L engine with 121HP of power and 142 Nm of torque is the best combination for city and high drive. The CVT makes driving totally hassle free, and the 5 passengers capacity makes the car good for a family too. The way Toyota is offering this car as a complete package is what I am feeling attracted to, and now just need to convince my family to go ahead with our purchase.
