Toyota Land Cruiser Hybrid

The all-new Land Cruiser Hybrid is the first-ever electrified variant of Toyota’s iconic full-size SUV. Globally launched in June 2025 in the UAE, this hybrid model maintains the signature seven-seater body-on-frame design. It is equipped with redesigned front and rear bumpers with Jet Black accents or GR-S styling, updated HEV/457TT badging and a luxurious interior that combines quilted leather, wood trim and a 12.3-inch touchscreen.

Launch

The global debut took place in the UAE in June 2025. The vehicle is now available at your nearest dealership in Saudi Arabia.

The Toyota Land Cruiser Hybrid price in KSA starts at SAR 393,070 and goes up to SAR 428,720.

The new Land Cruiser Hybrid is available in three variants.

• Land Cruiser VXR HEV 
• Land Cruiser GR-S HEV

Engine & Performance

It is powered by a 3.5 L twin-turbo V6 petrol engine linked to a Toyota parallel hybrid system, delivering a combined output of 457 hp and 790 Nm of torque. This makes it the most powerful Land Cruiser ever, offering 20 % more torque and 40 % faster throttle response compared to the petrol version.

Features

It includes Electric Power Steering for improved off-road handling, a 1,500 W 220 V AC power inverter to support camping electronics, and HEV-specific styling elements. Hybrid bumpers and EV emblems distinguish it visually.

Capabilities

Tested extensively across UAE deserts, wadis and mountains, the hybrid system is waterproofed for deep water fording. In case of hybrid system failure, the petrol engine alone ensures continued operations.

Safety & Off-Road

It retains Toyota’s full suite of off-road tech, including Multi-Terrain Select, Crawl Control, front/rear differential locks, and advanced driver-assist features (AEB, lane-keep, blind spot). The hybrid version also adds adaptive electric steering for better control during desert driving.

Rivals

The Land Cruise Hybrid is competing strongly against luxury hybrids like the Lexus LX, Lincoln Nautilus and Land Rover Defender—but it remains unmatched in combined hybrid power and off-road capability.
