Design & Quality

Unlike the traditional pickup, the Cybertruck is not just differentiated in the exterior but also interior. The first thing you notice is how minimalist the cabin is, and it looks so pleasing, and blends premium materials with Tesla’s now well-known tech-forward design. Starting with the synthetic leather upholstery, soft-touch surfaces, and a considerable space, the cabin can hold up to five passengers (or six in some configurations). 

Our impression of the fit and finish is encouraging, with much improvement over some early Tesla models, but you may see fingerprints on the stainless-steel panels. The next big attraction is the massive 18.5-inch touchscreen, which dominates the dashboard, and you get control for all functions through it, and there is a 9.4-inch rear touchscreen for passenger convenience. The steer-by-wire system and rectangular steering yoke make it a futuristic driving experience, but you will take some time to get used to it with some adjustments. We found the cabin extremely quiet, helped by acoustic glass, and you’re in for a delightful ride, and most of the buyers in Saudi Arabia will like the experience inside the cabin.

Front Seat

The Cybertruck’s front seats look nicely designed, and are provided with not just comfortable seating but the best view as much as one would expect. The visibility is excellent, largely due to its remarkable panoramic windshield. The 12-way power-adjustable seats with heating provide comfort for long drives, but some of you will find the seat cushions a little firmer. The steer-by-wire yoke (or optional traditional wheel) gives you great control, but the stalk-free turn signals may feel unconventional and take time to get used to. As with every Tesla, the Cybertruck is not different when it comes to a minimalist dashboard, nothing but the the 18.5-inch touchscreen, which is pretty much enough to control or access almost everything about the truck, again a lot different that what we’re accustomed but then that is what this truck is about all. 

Rear Seat

The Cybertruck’s second row offers generous legroom and headroom for three adults, with a flat floor and fold-up seat bottoms for additional cargo space of 1530 litres. The heated rear seats and a 9.4-inch touchscreen for climate and entertainment control give some control to the passenger for their comfort and convenience.  The rear is indeed spacious, gives modern vibes and also a lot of it is advanced, which makes your time fun and exciting.

AC Vents

The Cybertruck’s dual-zone climate control system is outstanding, which offers quick cooling via hidden front vents and rear air vents. We think they are quite powerful and effective in taking on Saudi Arabia’s scorching temperatures. Again, all of this is accessible by the 18.5-inch touchscreen, and the system responds quickly, and so helps keep the cabin comfortable for all passengers. The ability to precondition the cabin via the Tesla app is another modern feature that should give extra convenience, especially during the summer time, when some days are extremely hot.

Storage Options

The Cybertruck’s being used for both personal and commercial applications, the cabin seems to keep that in mind, looking at the practicality aspects of it. There is a deep centre console, door-mounted cubbies, and under-seat storage for small items. These solutions keep the interior organised, catering to Saudi drivers who value utility and versatility. Then each door panel features a 1-litre bottle holder, to allow you to carry enough water and keep you hydrated in Saudi Arabia’s hot climate. Additional cup holders in the rear armrest enhance passenger convenience, perfectly integrated into the minimalist design.

Armrest

The padded centre armrest provides comfort for the driver and front passenger, doubling as a storage compartment. The design is thoughtful and supports a relaxed posture, with easy access to the touch screen. The rear armrest, with cup holders, enhances passenger comfort, making the Cybertruck practical for family outings or daily commutes

Charging Options

The Cybertruck has dual wireless charging pads, several USB-C ports, and a 12V socket in the cabin, besides two 120V and one 240V outlets in the bed for powering tools or devices. The 11.5 kW bi-directional power capability serves as a generator, suitable for off-grid adventures or worksites in Saudi Arabia. These are practical features and make the truck quite good in flawless connectivity and utility. 

Boot Space

The Cybertruck offers a 67-cubic-foot cargo bed with a power-retractable tonneau cover, supporting 2,500 pounds of payload. A 7-cubic-foot frunk and 54-cubic-foot under-seat storage provide additional space, totaling over 128 cubic feet with seats folded. The bed’s 120V/240V outlets and 11,000-pound towing capacity make it ideal for work or adventure. Compared to the Rivian R1T or Ford F-150 Lightning, the Cybertruck’s bed is deeper and more secure, though bed access is less convenient due to its height. By far the biggest factor is the Cybertruck exterior, which isn’t a regular design you ever see, that is what most differentiates it from this pickup. The aggressive, angular, unpainted 30X cold-rolled stainless-steel exoskeleton is not but out of a sci-fi aesthetic inspired by Blade Runner and The Spy Who Loved Me, and Tesla’s design philosophy is extremely radical. What also attracts attention is the 17-inch ground clearance, which makes it capable of facing any terrain, as does the adjustable air suspension, suited for its formidable off-road nature, while its aerodynamic shape takes care of efficiency on highways. The Cybertruck’s rugged design, paired with Tesla Armour Glass, provides utility and durability for urban and desert environments.

Front

The Cybertruck’s front is unmistakable, the uniquely sharp, wedge-shaped profile with a single, full-width LED light bar that exhibits powerful illumination for nighttime drives or sandstorms. The absence of a traditional grille highlights its electric efficiency, while the stainless-steel exoskeleton and Armour Glass windshield gives the pickup rugged, unmatched durability, which should work best in Saudi Arabia’s extreme weather conditions. Overall, the front is minimalist and aggressive design elements make it completely different from a conventional truck, and it has a most distinctive identity.

Side

The Cybertruck’s side profile is quite impressive as well, mainly characterised by flat, laser-cut stainless-steel panels and sharp angles, giving it a low-polygon, futuristic appearance. The flush door handles are meant for reducing drag, and power-folding side mirrors with integrated turn signals look quite premium. What also defines the side profile is that the armoured glass windows provide greater security and a special look.

Alloy Wheels

The Cybertruck features 20-inch Cyber Wheels with 285/65R20 all-terrain tires are highly durable and provide superior grip across Saudi Arabia’s varied terrains. The angular, turbine-style wheels bolster the truck’s bold exterior look and also boost range and stability. The wheels improve overall handling, which enables the Cybertruck to become agile, and its size doesn’t make a difference; you’re in for a fun ride on the city roads or an off-road adventure.

Rear

The Cybertruck’s rear looks functional and splendid, largely flanked by a full-width LED tail light bar and a power-retractable tonneau cover that captures the 67-cubic-foot cargo bed. The composite bed, spread to 6 feet long, can carry up to 2,500 pounds of payload, and you can use the tailgate as a ramp for easy loading. A rear spoiler and rugged design maintain the truck’s consistent look, with cameras compensating for limited rear visibility when the tonneau is closed, so the safety is well taken care of in busy traffic.

Colors

The Cybertruck is available in a single colour in unpainted Stainless Steel, highlighting its raw, industrial aesthetic. The stainless-steel finish may get smudges, but it appears to be durable and needs some special attention, like avoiding direct sunlight during washing, giving it a bold yet practical appearance.

City Performance

For city driving, the Cybertruck’s steer-by-wire and rear-wheel steering is amazingly agile despite its relatively big size, and navigating traffic is a lot easier. The AWD’s 4.1-second 0-60 mph time feels awesome, and the regenerative braking means one-pedal driving, which also helps save energy in stop-and-go traffic. The 360-degree cameras and parking sensors are a good enabler for simple parking, though visibility is limited without cameras. We have noticed that the cabin is very quiet, and you hardly feel any noise despite the heavy sound of traffic, and that is certainly a great advantage to drive the truck in the city.

Highway Performance

On the highway, there isn’t much of a difference, as the Cybertruck comes out in flying colours with a stable and powerful performance. The high power gives you supercar-like acceleration, and the adjustable air suspension and low centre of gravity allow a smooth, controlled ride, but keep in mind the all-terrain tires may produce slight vibrations. Tesla is expanding its Supercharger network in KSA, and that would be a great advantage for owners when on the road for long cross-country trips. 

Ride

The Cybertruck’s ride quality is another great highlight, enabled by its features, like adaptive air suspension, which makes the driver lighter tacking city potholes and highway undulations. The cabin is quiet, thanks to acoustic glass and insulation, and suspension’s 17-inch ground clearance and 35-degree approach angle make it quite a capable off-road truck, while on-road body control is excellent for its size. The Cybertruck is quite good for a comfortable, dynamic ride for Saudi Arabia’s diverse conditions, and we felt it every single kilometre during our time with this legendary truck. 

Handling

Handling the Cybertruck never felt stressful or tough; we’re surprised by the overall smoothness and nimbleness. We think the credit goes to the steer-by-wire, rear-wheel steering, and a low centre of gravity. The Track Mode improves cornering with high precision, and the AWD system has good grip on wet or sandy roads. Regenerative braking provides confident control, though the steering yoke may feel unconventional, but you’ll get used to it. Overall, the Cybertruck’s agile dynamics are equally perfect for city and off-road driving conditions, it is tough and capable of taking no matter what you throw at it.

The 2025 Tesla Cybertruck is available in two variants in Saudi Arabia

• Long Range RWD (Appro. SAR A270,000): Comes with a single motor, 582 km of range, capable of doing 0-60 in 6.7 seconds, high towing capacity, and the most affordable variants of the truck, for anyone who wishes to buy a relatively reasonable price Cybertruck in Saudi Arabia..

• AWD (SAR 307,189): Since this is an All-Wheel-Drive variant, you get the driving fun, which is supported by dual motors, 600 hp, and 523 km of range. There is power, assurance of high performance with 0-60 in less than 4.1 seconds, an impressive 523 km range, and massive 4,985 kg towing capacity. This is certainly the performance variant, and the extra price is justified if you want the fun along with performance and utility.

All variants get standard Autopilot, an 18.5-inch touchscreen, and a 15-speaker audio system.

When it comes to the performance, it has something impressive to show, be it power, speed, and range, massive towing capacity, and lastly, the remarkable off-road capabilities,  all suit it brilliantly. The driving experience has been nothing short of spectacular for us, and we believe the truck delivers on almost all of its promises.  So, if you’re a Tesla fan, or a pickup user, or just want an incredibly capable commercial vehicle, the Cybertruck is for you. For some, though, its unconventional styling and premium price may not appeal to all, but Cybertruck’s innovation, durability, and eco-friendly powertrain make it a compelling choice for Saudi drivers seeking a powerful, futuristic electric pickup.
