Suzuki Grand Vitara (2012-2021)

The Suzuki Grand Vitara is a versatile SUV well-suited for KSA’s terrain. It is spacious for a mid-size family. We are a family of 7 and I must say I haven't had any space issues. It gives you diverse driving conditions, combining rugged capability with modern comfort. The Grand Vitara’s all-wheel-drive system gives better traction and stability, ideal for rough terrain. The cabin is spacious and featured with user-friendly infotainment Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and comfortable seating for five. The Grand Vitara safety features include multiple airbags, and hill descent control. The ride quality strikes a good balance between comfort and control, absorbing bumps effectively.

Frankly, I test drove the Grand Vitara, and there isn’t anything very negative about this SUV but certainly won’t be as good as my first choice. There is a lot to this SUV like Refined 1.5-liter hybrid engine, providing good power and torque, with smoother automatic, great acceleration and handling in front wheel and all-wheel drive. The mileage is good, safety is decent. Yet I would always prefer the Korean brands either Creta or Sonet, as both offer more value and features, according to me.

If you want a compact SUV with nicer look, higher mileage, helping you save on running cost and also a premium feel, then the Grand Vitara is the best option. This is actually what happened to me when I was looking not to spend too much to get a practical SUV. Suzuki is offering a mild hybrid engine which is refined, powerful and also smoother both for city and highway. Then the Vitara also has far better interior space, premium feel with quality interior materials, under SAR80K is a good deal.
