Saudi Arabia: National Motors Supplies (NMS), the official Jetour distributor in the Kingdom, has just opened a brand-new branch in Al Khobar. This will help Jetour to reach out to customers in the Eastern Province. This will serve as the showroom for new sales and a dedicated after-sales centre on site

Jetour’s brand-new branch in Al Khobar will make the brand more accessible to customers in the Eastern region. This closes a gap in Jetour's network, cutting travel time for buyers and existing owners both. The new site directly extends the dealer network beyond the central and western regions. 

What the Branch Offers

The new branch will provide "easier access to the showroom and after-sales services," the announcement confirmed. Al Khobar, Dammam, and surrounding areas now get two key benefits: A dedicated showroom for buyers to see the Jetour model range locally. With the official after-sales support for periodic maintenance, warranty claims, and parts supply through the authorized dealer. The local after-sales support plays a very big role in adding convenience to existing or new customers. 

What This Means for Jetour in Saudi Arabia

The opening signals a clear strategy to strengthen the brand's retail presence across Saudi Arabia. Jetour, like several other Chinese brands, is aggressively pursuing Gulf market share. Due to the large expatriate population and industrial-sector growth, Eastern Province generates significant new car sales. With a direct physical presence through NMS, jetour is target buyers who prefer the security of a local agency over depending solely on hubs like Riyadh and Jeddah.
