Toyota Corolla HEV 1.8L XLI

My uncle’s Corolla is our trusted family car. We use it for school runs, big grocery hauls, and weekend trips. Even with five adults, the interior never feels cramped, and the trunk is huge for a compact sedan. Suspension soaks up most road bumps; A/C keeps everyone cool. Fuel efficiency is top-notch, especially in heavy traffic. Engine isn’t sporty but quietly does the job. Dad insists on Toyota for easy maintenance and strong resale, which matters here in KSA. Tech is simple, but all essentials are there. It’s the stress-free family ride.

I purchased my Corolla in 2024, despite many of my friends using SUV, I went for this sedan. Why? There are many reasons, first of course is the Toyota brand. Nothing beat them in the Kingdom among top brands. Then comes the practical factors like affordability, great mileage and lower running cost due to great service by Toyota. I also like safety with lane-keeping and six airbags. Then the nice 10.25-inch touchscreen feels premium, the seating capacity is fine. Overall driving feels just fine for my needs mostly in the city, in fact I would say perfect for Jeddah traffic.

I have upgraded my vehicle with a Toyota Corolla recently. After researching for a long time, I decided to buy a Toyota Corolla. I was looking for a premium, high-power sedan. Being in Saudi Arabia what makes car buyers loyal to Toyota is something I never understood, however, customers just love the brand for its value for money attributes and also reliability. And, so when it comes to upgrading a car, I did a lot of research within our price range. The market is flooded with options as compared to five years ago, especially the Chinese players. But even after so many test drives of different brands, we decided to buy Corolla for obvious reasons with Toyota.

Been a Toyota fan for life, and my current Corolla is the fourth family car from the brand. So, we hardly have a problem with the brands, it has owned us for decades. Now the Corolla that I used for my daily office trips is already 3 years old, and going great. Very luxurious, perfect city driver, lot of space inside the cabin and also boot, features are nicer, and a very premium feel due to the quality of the interior. Overall, the Corolla gets only better, no matter what is happening around, I am never going to go to a SUV.

Even though most of my friends and even family have now moved to SUVs, I still drive the Corolla simply because I just love the Sedan. There are so many aspects to my admiration for this comfy and reliable Sedan that I won’t be giving it up anytime soon. The latest model that I drive is already two years old which I bought new. Before that I had a used one for 5 years. So I am a Toyota lifer. The Corolla is just amazing with its overall value for money attributes, comfort, safety and so effortless to drive.

We’re a family of loyal Toyota brands, and among the three cars we own, the 2024 Corolla was a new addition about 6 months ago. Starting with the name of compact sedan but still amusing everyone with excellent features, decent to minimal design, and powerful engine is Toyota’s Corolla. I had my share of doubts when my daughter was deciding to buy Toyota Corolla and honestly, I was bit against that, but I had agreed to see Corolla and then only to give me opinions. And to my utter shock, my expectation for Toyota Corolla exceeded when I saw the first look. Even the test drive was super-duber awesome and I really liked the interior as well as the safety features, and the boot storage just simply awed me

The 121hp power of this engine is more than enough for your daily trips in comfort and convenience. The car is now fully loaded with most segment's best features. On the exterior, the 15-inch steel wheel, halogen headlamps power side mirror, and the elegant front grill make it look splendid. The interior, the fabric seats, the 4.2-inch info display along with steering wheel control, automatic client control, rear seat vent, and super high-quality music system are just awesome. The overall value of money car is very well packaged by Toyota.

There are few things which I like and admire about Toyota Corolla and those are interior features, such as power door locks with automatic locking features, amazing automatic climate control which can block dust and pollen as my sister is allergic to pollen, with adjustable seats for both driver and co-passenger, and overhead console with map lights are some of the classic interior features which makes it more worth it in the market and competitive. Of course, prices would increase with the features but I think I would go for XSE variant as it comes with full package one is looking for.
