What’s New in the 01 2025?

The ROX  01 is a new seven-seat extended-range electric SUV (EREV) that launched in Saudi Arabia in 2025. It features Pininfarina-inspired Defender-style rugged styling with LED T-light graphics, 3,010 mm wheelbase, roof rack and tailgate-mounted spare. Interior amenities include a reclining middle row, an outdoor kitchen, a premium digital dash and modern leather design.

Launch

The official Saudi debut happened at LEAP 2025 in Riyadh, with showrooms opening and initial deliveries from February 2026.

Price

The ROX 01 price in KSA is estimated to start around SAR 210,000, depending on the variant and seating configuration.

Powertrain & Range

It is equipped with dual electric motors and a 56 kWh battery, with a combined output of 470 hp and 740 Nm of torque, plus a 1.5 L petrol engine acting as a range extender with 75 liter fuel capacity. The ROX 01 can offer 235 km pure EV range and about 1,150 km total driving range.

Performance

It can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in about 5.5 seconds.

Features

The ROX includes air suspension, full off-road capability (22° approach, 700 mm wading depth), a kitchen unit, a fold-flat bed and rooftop tent options.

Safety

It is equipped with LiDAR-based ADAS, surround cameras, traction control and a C-NCAP rating of 86%.

Rivals

It will be positioned similarly to Land Rover Defender, Hummer EV and other luxury adventure EV SUVs.
