Polestar 3

Swedish car manufacturer Polestar’s latest all-electric car is its new compact SUV, the Polestar 3. Now, there are already a whole bunch of electric SUVs in this lucrative segment, so the addition of the Polestar 3 might not excite a lot. That said, the car does seem to be packing quite a punch. Here’s all about the Swedish car. 

Price 

The car hasn’t yet been officially launched here. That said, the expected Polestar 3 price in Saudi Arabia is around the SAR 365,000 mark. And yes, it may sound expensive but the Polestar 3 packs a lot that might change the minds of many. 

Variants 

The Polestar 3 will likely be available in a single variant, which will be the long-range single-motor setup. It gets a massive 111 kWh battery pack and comes as a strict 5 seater variant. 

Engine & Performance 

The Polestar 3 motor is a 299HP one. That said, that’s the base variant’s motor in the standard trim. Opting for Polestar’s dual motor setup will ensure that the performance goes up to 360kW, meaning a massive 490PS along with a colossal 840Nm. And then opting for the extra performance pack means the performance is further boosted to 380kW, or 517PS. The torque, meanwhile, goes up to 910Nm, meaning the Polestar 3 punches way above its weight. 

Safety

In terms of outright safety, the Polestar 3 specifications list is a long one. Central locking, passenger airbags, power door locks, child safety locks, driver airbags, anti theft device as well as an anti lock braking system, the Polestar 3 has it all. 

And if we talk about the more upmarket and sophisticated safety features, there is anti theft alarm, EBD, traction control, seat belt warning, day & night rear view mirror, height adjustable seat belts, parking sensors and a door ajar warning, there is all of that!  

Features & Specifications

The Polestar 3 features a long list of connectivity features too. The infotainment system is a massive 14.5 inch unit and is obviously touch-sensitive. There’s turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, FM & radio, voice control, wireless charging, Apple carplay, Android auto and as many as 25 speakers. 

The Polestar 3 interior, on the other hand, is quite premium too. That said, it doesn’t have a whole ton of features which might just confuse the driver or operator. There is a digital clock along with multiple ambient light settings. Finally, additional features also include an full fledged active noise cancellation system, one that works quite well.  

The Polestar 3 exterior is that of a properly futuristic looking, modern day electric car with sharp cuts and creases. The LED headlights are obviously adjustable and the exterior rear view mirrors are adjustable. The glass is tinted and there are alloy wheels along with a stylish looking rear spoiler. The DRL as well as the tail lamps, both are LED. 

Why choose the Polestar 3? 

The Polestar 3 2025 presents itself as a performance-oriented car. While it sounds a tad bit expensive on paper, the amount of features coupled with the performance can make it worth it for enthusiasts. It also has looks that stand out in this segment and above.
