Honda Civic LX

I have been driving Honda Civic for some time now, and I am surprised by how fun it is to drive. The 1.5‑liter turbo engine responds quickly, and handling in traffic felt very light. What I really liked was the sporty seating position; it gave me confidence while driving on the highway. At the same time, the car is practical, fuel consumption was lower than I expected, and the boot space handled a week’s worth of shopping easily. The infotainment was simple to connect with my phone, which made the drive more enjoyable. It’s not just about looks, the Civic actually makes daily driving stress‑free.

Honda cars have always been known for their reliability and safety, and over the years they have made a lot of gains in both areas. The all-new Civic is one great example which has got plenty of features of advanced safety and modern technology. There is ABS, EBD, Vehicle Stability Control, and multiple airbags, it focuses on safety as a key goal with hill hold assist, lane change indicators, and front and rear parking sensors. Not just that but the cabin is quite convenient too with a touchscreen featuring navigation, wireless charging, and seamless smartphone integration through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The Civic remains my number one choice when it comes to sedans in the market. Honda offers a very efficient and refined engine that is reliable, the 180 hp of power and excellent 240 Nm of torque is quite sufficient for city driving, and I get good mileage which is kind of the best part. I like the way safety has become key elements of this sedan over the years with top features like adaptive cruise control and collision mitigation braking. The cabin got better too with modern infotainment systems, including options for a 9-inch touchscreen and premium audio.

Sitting in the driver's seat of the 2024 Honda Civic, I was surprised by its spacious and comfortable interior. The layout is user-friendly, and the quality of materials is impressive. Starting the 1.5L turbocharged engine, I felt its 180 horsepower ready to go. The drive was smooth and enjoyable, with a good balance between power and fuel efficiency (7.1 L/100 km). The 9.2-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth and navigation was very useful, and safety features like adaptive cruise control gave me confidence.

I would say in the midst of an SUV filled market, personally I never get enough of a sedan, and a car like Civic is just perfect. It is the most value for money, dependable, reliable and fun to drive car by Honda in the marek right now. I know a lot of customers are gravitating towards SUVs for obvious reasons. I feel there are people like me who are still in love with the sedan. And models like Civic make that even more true. We have had Civic in our family for three years now, and the car is just getting better every single month.

The Civic is Honda’s popular sedan that never really aged, and the latest facelift has just proven the point very loud and clear. The car has received the best treatment that I would expect, and also well packaged a popular sedan, even though the market is gravitating towards SUVs. I think the Civic is a fine, practical everyday Sedan that has a well proven tractor record of readability, great mileage and performance. I find the Honda Sensing Suite that includes several safety features is one strong inclusion in the new Civic, other than that it just looks fine and excellent to handle.

In the era of SUVs, I still love Sedans, I just love driving them no matter what. And, Saudi Arabian roads are such that Sedan gives me real pleasure. And, when the time came to upgrade my used Toyota Yaris after five long years, I decided to stay within the Japanese brand and picked up the nice and comfy Civic earlier this year. I gotta tell you, this car never fails in its duty, even after over 10 months, it still drives like the day one. The spacious cabin, premium interior, and reliability are at a killing price.
