What is Freelander

Freelander is not a new name specifically for the Middle Eastern buyers. First, it was launched in the year 1997. Now Chery and Jaguar Land Rover are both co-developing it. That is available in selected international markets. With SIVP, owners could just use their phone to park and summon their vehicles remotely.

• The driver pulls up to a designated drop-off point at a hotel, mall, or business centre.
• SIVP searches for a suitable parking space, avoids obstacles, and parks the vehicle automatically.
• When the driver is ready to leave, they could summon the car through the mobile app.
• The vehicle drives itself to a designated pick-up point to meet the driver.

This function is very relevant, specifically in the Middle East. Where the temperature goes to 45+ in the peak summer and makes outdoor parking and going to the vehicle in the parking uncomfortable. This would be very helpful in cities like Riyadh or Jeddah, where you just wait at the entrance and let the SIVP do the work.
